Week 1 ~ Why Meditate? Mindfulness of Breath and Body
Week 2 ~ Mindfulness of Emotions and Feelings
Week 3 ~ Mindfulness of Thoughts
Week 4 ~ Mindfulness in Daily Life
Each class will consist of a talk on the subject, guided meditation and a question and sharing period.
Recorded sections of the class and a student evaluation form are required for participation.
